This film was created to support GPI’s pursuit of an engineering contract in Mount Vernon, NY. By showing the condition of the city’s aging infrastructure, the film helped GPI clearly communicate the scope of the problem, the risks of inaction, and the need for an experienced engineering partner to address it.
